My Story
From psychology to purpose.
My journey began with a deep fascination for the human mind. As a qualified Clinical Psychologist, I spent years studying what holds people back — and what truly sets them free. I discovered that lasting change happens when inner work meets bold outer action.
I moved to Dubai over four years ago with a clear vision: to create a space where ambitious women could grow — not just their businesses, but themselves. What started as a coaching and consulting practice became a movement. Today, Open Yourself is home to a vibrant women's community across the UAE.
I bring everything I know — psychology, marketing strategy, and lived experience — into every session and every gathering. My approach is uniquely holistic: I help you build the mindset, the brand, and the business skills to grow sustainably and authentically.
